Need to improve the telephone line when we arrive at the time that our appointment was booked we have to wait for a long time.

More accurate appt and more quicker answering calls; but overall very good they all are!!.

We have been waiting there for over our given appointment time, otherwise the normal appointment are not that bad as well as not even are they excellent or even good. One doctor in particular just wants to get rid of us, doesn't even serve us properly. However the overall care we receive is not that bad.
